'Normally these airport motels are anonymous, but maybe bc this one is quite small, it felt homey. Clean room, good bed and as an extra service: shuttle provided. What makes one feel welcome is the staff: they make the difference..committed, friendly and helpful! Appreciated :)'

New build, large spacious rooms, large TV, table for dining, couch and coffee table, larger refrigerator, coffee maker in room, large bottle of soap that you pump at bathroom sink and shower, fresh baked cookies and apples availabe anytime of day. Breakfast was great and they kept the dining area clean while dining, fire pit outside to sit around. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Highly recommend!!'

'The reason I booked this hotel was because of the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel due to my late arrival. They never said that their shuttle services stopped at 12.15 a.m. and my flight was delayed and did not arrive in Boise until 1.00 a.m. so they would not help me. They said I had to find my own taxi and pay for it. Then the taxi driver tried to make me pay 6 times as much so I took another one for the correct price. All in all a bad experience. The rooms are tired looking...

'The staff was great. The receptionist was very helpful and she got us checked in and out efficiently. The TV had a problem and they had someone there to fix it in less than 10 minutes. The only problem that we had was that the next door neighbor had a noisy dog and it made it difficult to sleep. Sad because the beds were comfortable and the climate control system worked well. Going to come back next week. Maybe we can get a little discount? '
