'Very dirty. Front desk at Check In was gone for almost 10 minutes. He checked me in very hastily and I forgot to ask for my Drivers License and Amex. The next morning they couldn't find them. Then, my Amex was charged another deposit and for another persons room. Still no DL or AMEX, they are gone!!

'The hot tub was not working the room was disgusting there were parts of the carpet tore up. Plus parts of the carpet that had so much stains on there you had no idea and it had a raunchy smell like someone had been urinating all over the carpet. None of the ice machines or vending worked. The tub faucet was not connected and had a hole into the wall.'

'I wanted to wait to write this review until after I got my deposit back after reading so many reviews where they did not get the deposit back for doing absolutely nothing wrong. This hotel is absolutely disgusting & I cannot believe it is renting rooms for over $100 a night. We just wanted something that was close to the freeway & not in the downtown area so that we can avoid the early morning rush.
