'Most of the room was functional, but shower was not clean. Towels were dirty. Didn’t turn on AC because it was covered in dust. Only 1 towel bar (above the toilet) for a 4 person room. Needed a paint job looked like they had painted over dirt or plaster areas with a thin coat. Hallways were very smelly. Sanitizer wallmounts were empty. Sauna wasn’t working. No bedbugs though and outlets all seemed to work!'

'The flooring was uneven (carpet then hardwood) and I found it very difficult to walk across as I'm handicapped.
Our room had holes in the walls, rivets were something was removed. The outlets were worn and appeared burnt.
The desk chair showed signs of wear (holes) on the seat and rust on the metal frame.
The only positive experience was the staff at check in.
I would NOT recommend this facility to others wanting to stay near the Boise Airport.'

'The room was just dingy not well cleaned or maintained. The tv didn’t work and the phone didn’t work so you couldn’t call the front desk. Asked for a late check out and they said it was fine for 12p. Housekeepers came at 11:15 and kick us out of the room because it was on there list to clean. Rude didn’t even check front desk.'

'Soon after coming into the room I had to use the bathroom. I noticed there was pee splatter on the rim and other odd substance. I cleaned it off before using it. My toddler was with me and while he opened the drawer he pulled out a facial razor out that someone else had left behind, very dangerous! The pillows smelled very bad like sweat. Then as we prepared to sleep with the AC on… the AC did not in fact work so we had to open the window and just heard loud freeway traffic all night. I’ll pay...
