'My husband and I brought our twin 5 year old grand kids. This home was perfect for our family. It has everything you would ever need and the view is spectacular. It is really nice to be away from the crowded town of Avalon but be able to use the golf cart when we do want to go to town.'

'The property is amazing and only a 10 minute beautiful drive to Avalon in the golf cart. Place is spacious and bright. Sunrises are beautiful. The steps up to the condo are not easy but well worth it. The patio is sort of shared and we didn't see anyone else on it until the morning we were leaving. 'Overall the condo is nice however the floor in bathroom is rotted and shower door doesn’t close well. The worst thing though is the golf cart which is so old and beat up. Most of the plastic sides when rolled up don’t stay or don’t have a clip to help stay. Also tailgate is stuck down. Definitely not like the photo at all.'

'Definitely a great view! Your able to ride around town with the cart that comes with it. No Netflix, no good channels to do a movie night in December. Needs a deep clean. We found a mask under the bed and spider cobs around the home. Love how they have extra blankets everywhere. Will still come back :)'

'I cannot say enough about our stay and experience here and on the island. Our accommodations were beyond our expectations. It was very cozy, clean and the views were spectacular. Having the golf cart was also icing on the cake. We were able to get into the town of Avalon and experience all of the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.'

'Really enjoyed this place. It is quiet and very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful. While it’s not right in the center of town they do have a shuttle that runs down fairly often. It is not a bad walk either, everything generally close together in Avalon anyways. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were modern and all linens were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend, especially for the price point. '

'I loved celebrating my Birthday in Catalina! The property has amazing views and it was very clean. It had everything that we needed even Birthday candles for my cake. My only complaints would be that I was disappointed that there wasn’t a shower head in the master bath and way too many stairs to get to the condo.
