'Things were left in drawer from previous stay. The curtains and bed blocked the AC so the whole room did not get cold. I didnt have hand towels are rags in my bathroom, I had to go to front desk to gran some.'

'Pretty good. This is a newer property, but it is already showing some signs of heavy use. We stayed only one night. It was fairly conveniently located near the middle/ East side of Colorado Springs. Close to the airport, grocery stores and restaurants. Would stay again if in the area.'

'Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.'

'Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It was a great stay because of the staff alone but then add a clean, comfy room and great breakfast. It was 10/10. Management is doing great.'

'Love the clean functional updated suite rooms. Love the staff especially front desk checkin positivity. Love the included breakfast. Parking was easy and included and good rates and location. I will stay there from now on whenever I go to Colorado Springs and will seek out this hotel in other cities I travel to. 5 stars!!!'

'Breakfast was good with several hot options, hard to keep everything stocked, but staff tried. It is not the cheapest hotel, so I was surprised to pay $21 a night for onsite parking. Room was spacious and good water pressure in the shower. Wish AC was stronger, it never got below 72 even though we had it on high the entire time.'
