'Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond! The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). 'This was such a cute little room. We were on the top floor with skylights. The amount of natural light in the apartment was awesome. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and having a kitchen was great. It is centrally located with a subway station right outside your door (literally). There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing is that businesses close pretty early in this area which gives way to Enoch square feeling a little bit unsavory.'
