'送迎もスピーディーで部屋も綺麗でしたが、何よりスタッフの皆さんの優しさやフレンドリーさに感動しました。わからないことがあっても気さくに答えてくれましたし、このホテルにして良かったと思いました。特に最初にチェックインした時のフロント(確かAnaさんっていう名前の方だったはず)の方の対応が凄く優しくて親切だったので今回の旅行の素晴らしいスタートをきることができ、NY旅行が最高のものになりました！またNYに行く機会があればこのホテルを使いたいです。'
