Clean, safe, secure, fancy Red Raider Jesus Christ supporting establishment. I was actually shocked as I’d never booked with this chain prior.
Staff were amazingly nice and rooms were very clean and upgraded to my taste.
Great breakfast and free happy hour beers and wings made this place my permanent new place here @ Lubbock.

'customer service was excellent. Rudy the manager was great in communication with me. only issue i had was doors slamming in the early mornings. i feel that's due to possibilities of doors being unleveled to shut correctly. Other than that, a great place to stay . rooms clean and all. '

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge.
I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump.
Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned.
Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you.
Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service.
Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '
