'The shower head did not have a good flow, other than that everything else was good.'

'Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. '

'This hotel used to be a Red Roof Inn and is going through renovations, so it currently has a lot of construction. We were here for the George Strait concert, so I didn't mind the elevated price. I don't know how much an overnight stay usually costs. It is an older hotel, but it was clean and adequate for our needs.'

'The best thing was the breakfast. Check in was horrible. We arrived at 2 pm hoping we could get in early. We were told to come back at 3 and MAYBE the rooms would be ready. Well, they weren't. We didn't get in until almost 3:45 pm. '

'The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. The smoke alarm in our room started going off at one point as people in the rooms near us were smoking inside. The shower water was cold and would not get hot or even warm.'

'Moving forward we will be staying across the street at the Hyatt. Tons of dust in our room. One box of tissues and a few tv stations and big delay changing channels to boot. You also cannot close ur snack store all the tine and fir second stay in a row ur back doors are locked and had to walk all the to front. And not all of us want a ton of spice on our steaks!! 'Requested room to be cleaned and freshened up with towels, coffee, drinking glasses. They said they would but did not. Had to go down at 11:00pm to get items. Otherwise it was fine. Btw…we were there for a concert so was charged 1100.00 for a 2 night stay. Regular price around 140.00 per night..'
