'My daughter and I stayed here for Texas Tech orientation. Not only did they shuttle us to/from the airport but they shuttled us to/from wherever we needed to go during our stay. The 3 drivers we met were polite and had cold water to offer us. Lubbock was very hot and we were walking all around campus each day. 'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '
