'We really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience overall.
We cannot comment on the breakfast since we were not available during those hours. The area is quiet and peaceful, with very little noise, which we truly appreciated. There are also gas stations and grocery stores nearby, and the parking area is spacious and convenient.
The only issue we encountered was with the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived, we found some nail clippings near the air conditioning unit/window...

'The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, I have no complaints about that. The CARPET in the room is filthy! We walked barefoot for a few minutes and our feet were black. Also, I let my baby crawl around for about 10 min, because he was tired of sitting in a car seat all day, and his knees and socks were also black from the dirty carpet. I’m not over exaggerating. I even took photos to show...

'There was no air conditioning on the first floor with industrial fans blowing hot air around the corridors. I give the front staff kudos for working under those conditions. There was air conditioning on the upper floors but you could feel the heat rising up the elevator shafts. My room had a king bed with sheets the did not look altogether clean on one side so I kept to the other side. The room was large but looked weird with furniture only taking up 1/3 of the room. The other side held a floor...

'The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and I was actually surprised at the quality of breakfast! I thought it would just be a basic continental but it was buffet style options. Also, coffee and tea are available 24/7 and that was a really nice treat.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect, equidistant from Jax Beach and Downtown Jacksonville. Will be staying again when we’re back in town!'

'The only negative comment I have is that there is no overhang at the entrance. It started raining right when I checked in so we were unable to unload our luggage until the rain stopped later that evening. Also our shower gel wasn't filled so there was only enough gel for my daughter. I ended up using shampoo to wash my body. '

'I don't usually do reviews but this was such an enjoyable experience I had to write. A very fun, eclectic room and hotel. Only a few rooms, not like the monster hotels on the beach. Well decorated room with monster shower, great staff, close to beach and fun espresso bar. We will be back!!'
