'Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card.'

'Room was nice and clean. Staff Isabel was very nice and accommodating. The staff first day was not so helpful. I didn’t get her name. The bar staff was not very good. Waited for a drink for 10 minutes. The bartenders never even acknowledged us. We left. It was convenient and clean. Room was comfortable.'

'The older guy that does breakfast or works at the desk is rude and has a nasty attitude. He told me that it is against the law to transfer me over to a room for a guest which was a friend of mine. That is not correct, I work at a hotel now. You are not allowed to give out room number information, tell anyone about a guests room number, let anyone in the room that’s not a registered guest in the room and if you mistakenly give out a guest room number while telling them about where their room is...

'The front desk staff was amazing very friendly and helpful! House keeping came to do our room and they apparently don’t empty the garbages or anything tho so we cleaned our room our self and then they made the bed and gave us towels. 'Everything was above par for a renovated property, except for the FIBER FILLED MATTRESS. Very difficult to gain sleep unless you're exhausted. TOILET SEAT was excessively loose. Allow me to be clear, my body aches 2 days later after sleeping upon these fiber stuffed matttress. Change them out for a better sleep for patrons. Breakfast had fruits, waffles, bagels, yogurt.
