'What a wonderful hotel! The room was spotless, the amenities were the best we have ever seen, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and the fine dining restaurant was superb. In short, our stay was a delight. I realize most visitors to this hotel speak Japanese, but it would be helpful if the brochures and wine menus could be offered in English as well. Just a thought!'

'Prachtige luxe ruime kamer met veel extra spullen voor de gasten. Uitzicht vanaf het balkon is schitterend en helemaal als de lichten van de stad aan zijn. Het restaurant is fantastisch. Heerlijk eten en een super enthousiaste chef kok. Wil je even bijkomen van al het reizen dan kun je in dit hotel heerlijk bijkomen. Maar is ook een prima uitvalsbasis om van alles te gaan bekijken in Kobe. De gratis shuttlebus zet je op een centraal punt bij het station af. Een hotel dat ik zeker aan anderen zou...

' Our stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Kobe had both positives and negatives. 'Great views on Kobe port tower and the mountains. Beautiful hotel but do not expect to check-in earlier than 3pm. They are very strict and will not let you go to your room before the official check-in time even though there were some rooms ready. Also you need to store the luggage yourself without any help from the staff in their baggage room. Location and surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and breakfast buffet is extensive'

'Ich habe auf einer Rundreise per Bahn einen Zwischenstopp in Kobe eingelegt und nach 2 Nächten im Zentrum dort oben auf dem Mt. Rokko eine Nacht verbracht. Ein Häuschen mitten zwischen Bäumen, experimentell und spassig, wie gewünscht. Das zentrale Haus war ebenfalls sehr entspannt und lässig. Konstruktionsbedingt bietet das Haus wenig akustischen Schutz, vor Autos und Bussen. Nach 10 Uhr wurde es dann aber leiser mit hat die Grillen gehört.'
