'Great views on Kobe port tower and the mountains. Beautiful hotel but do not expect to check-in earlier than 3pm. They are very strict and will not let you go to your room before the official check-in time even though there were some rooms ready. Also you need to store the luggage yourself without any help from the staff in their baggage room. Location and surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and breakfast buffet is extensive'

'People at reception were very friendly and helpfull but I do not like the hotel. Old fashioned and a lot of humidity in the hotelroom. Hotel room also does not smell fresh. So I prefer to stay at another hotel next time sorry.'

'What a wonderful hotel! The room was spotless, the amenities were the best we have ever seen, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and the fine dining restaurant was superb. In short, our stay was a delight. I realize most visitors to this hotel speak Japanese, but it would be helpful if the brochures and wine menus could be offered in English as well. Just a thought!'
