'WE USUALLY STAY AT THE HAMPTON AT BROOKHAVEN BUT THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE THIS TIME SO WE CHOSE HOMEWOOD SUITES WHICH WAS FANTASTIK. VERY CLEAN AND NEW OR AT LEAST LOOKS NEW . WELL MAINTAINED. VERY HAPPY THAT WE WENT THERE AND WILL USE THEM THE NEXT TIME WE ARE IN TOWN . VERY HAPPY WITH THEM ALL THE WAYAROUND. BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL ALL THAT YOU COULD ASK FOR.'

'It was a little strange having to go through metal detectors and eye scanners every time you re-entered the resort.
The lady on reception was not very friendly and was super slow also, however Christina in the bar was fantastic and very entertaining….thats the only reason i would revisit.
I was sure when i booked that breakfast was included but there was only a pay coffee bar.
Trying to find q parking spot could be tricky….i would suggest the hotel give valet park to guest for the whole stay...

'The overall stay was acceptable however there was an issue with one of their security guards. I will spare you the details, but it was very unprofessional. Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The nightstand was sticky, and there were a pair of somebody’s eyeglasses on the floor between the right side of the nightstand and the wall. 'Never accept room 107. The one wall is the kitchen/bar. The door is outside the bar area so you hear everything from staff and people at bar. The supply room and janitor closet are right outside the room door. So loud all night long was the absolute worst.'

'Breakfast menu was not custom prepared. No omelet station or similar preparations. The only hot meal item was the supplied waffle machine. This hotel has no restaurant to supplement the free breakfast.
The check in clerk never once looked at me, his face was always down. Did not address me by name nor ask if I needed anything. He was totally BLAH and lifeless.

'The check-in was very slow. When I arrived, there were two people doing that job. Then one left after he finished with the people he was helping. This left just one person who had some difficulties with the couple he was checking in. I waited approximately 10-15 minutes to check in and there was a couple behind me who waited even longer.
My WiFi didn't work. Fortunately, the two young men at the desk were able to do something involving a hot spot and got it to function.
