'We not informed at check-in that there was no hot water; we discovered it for ourselves when we tried taking a shower that evening. The next morning the office was filled with people complaining about the situation and the lack of inormation -- according to some guests the hot water had been off for over 24 hours (management denied this). With no guarantee that the situation would be fixed soon, we were refunded our second night's stay and headed elsewhere. At the very least, we should have been...

'Definitely a no frills stay. We had a non smoking room with a queen bed. For two people it was cramped and close to the street. Not much for amenities. The “snack” room did have free coffee and tea. The vending machine had a few bags of microwave popcorn. I do recall they used to have a continental breakfast. If you are on a strict budget this will work. For more comfort and amenities check out the places on the I-75 business loop. You get what you pay for.'

'The rooms were clean and beds were good but the carpet in the hallways were dirty and the doors looked banged up. The breakfast (eggs & sausage) were cold and when I told the attendant at the front desk she didn’t move too fast to correct the problem. We were on vacation but we probably wouldn’t stay there again if we were back in the area.'

'We decided to stay here based off of the incredible reviews, and I can honestly say, they did not disappoint! The rooms are clean and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable - even for those with chronic bad backs. The staff was always friendly and VERY helpful. The grounds are clean, and the parking is easy. The resort is very well lit and easy to find, and it's the soo, so everything is within an easy distance. VERY well priced. They were very accommodating for our late...
