'Couple of things broken in my room. Safe could not open 2 times, door to the jacuzzi was broken, jacuzzi was not clean when arrived so i did not trust the water and did not use it. Only the last 2 days it was cleaned. Overall the hotel is ok. Just book yourself a standard room. It's not worth the money to spend more on other rooms. The hotel staff is great. Friendly, helpfull and will make you feel welcome.'

'My room was clean and comfortable, the mattress and pillow were soft and plush and the bathroom was clean, well lit, and had modern hardware in great condition. So many hotel bathrooms I stay at in India are pathetic but not the case here. Also I had to check out at 3am and the staff helped me order a taxi to the airport (just a 5 min drive away at 3am) and carried my bag to the curb and talked to the driver for me since I only speak English. Would gladly stay again. '

'Two of us stayed overnight for a flight next early next morning. The Hotel is new and clean and fresh. Bed, linen, toilets and corridors were all nice and clean and of good standard. No smell, no bugs. Only small issue was the room bit small in size, but OK for one night. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. 'Considering this hotel is quite new- I figured the staff would be on their toes regarding the service to all customers. 'The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days. The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs. All in all -book another hotel.'

The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue.
