'Room above the inn. There was a karaoke night in the pub. Looked like a lot of locals and it was fun. Very friendly people. Music stopped somewhere between 23:00 and 23:30. No worries.
Inn is located in a small quiet village. Nice to take a walk.
Food in the inn was nice as well. We were the only quests but they still took the time. '

'The hotel really caters for big events etc. and was almost empty when I stayed. I only met the receptionist who was efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very large and set in its own grounds and gardens. For my stay it was very quiet - I can't comment on when it is full and busy. However, my stay was during the latest heatwave and my bedroom was without air conditioning and uncomfortably hot. 'The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We felt they were willing to help out whenever it was needed and always with a smile. The room was lovely with a large walk in shower. It had just been renovated. The breakfast was delicious and I really liked that we could choose alternatives to the full English. We had lunch there with some friends and it was very nice. Dinner was also good but we didn't feel up to a full meal.'

'Great location on the river, good food and wonderful views. The rooms themselves reminded me of a motel setup. Once inside it was clean and spacious, however we noticed a kitchen setup which upon inspection did not function. The oven and furnace seemed to have been disconnected from power and buttons were removed.
Of course, this was no problem as the inn offers amazing food, so why would you cook your own?'

The balcony area could of been cleaned ready for our arrival -bird poo and cob webs everywhere.
There was no mirror in the room apart from in the bathroom cabinet, therefore very difficult to dry and do my hair. Would really benefit from having a long mirror next to a plug point.
The drinks and food at dinner took a very long time to arrive. The food was delicious but took a long time.
