'I would not recommend this property which I will explain below. When you arrive at the property you go through a corridor to a courtyard that has 4 rooms. The courtyard was nice but unfortunately it is all gravel which makes pulling suitcases difficult. The twin room is called the Hobbit Hole and it truly is. 'This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening.
