'Geweldig verblijf. Mooie ruime kamer, goede bedden en een heerlijke inloop douche met de keuze uit een gewone douche of een regendouche. Leuk zwembad met hele goede ligbedden. Prima ontbijt met versgemaakte ei-producten. Zeker een aanrader. S'avonds nog effe fijn in de Spa geweest met een heerlijke hottub. Receptie was ook zéér vriendelijk en behulpzaam. '

'I don’t recommend this hotel. The bed was sagging and the room was noisy ( near the road).
The ac was also loud.
The room was clean, but, nothing can make up for a bad bed! Management doesn’t care and chooses to leave a lousy mattress and rent out the room.'

'Very nice hotel in a great location for someone passing through the city and wanting to catch the local attractions around the Falls. Hamptons are consistently good, but this is probably the best I've stayed in. Large, clean, comfortable room with attractive decor. Would have stayed on for another night if my itinerary had allowed it.'

'The hotel has friendly staff and is situated in a beautiful location along the River Walk. Unfortunately, I am less satisfied with the customer service. Three days ago, I sent an email reporting that I had encountered bedbugs during my stay, combined with hives. I also attached photos to the message. However, I have not received any response to date.'

'there was nobody in reception to check my 8 rooms in. we waited an hour to book the clarion inn across the street. after I did that, the gentleman walked in. good news, he refunded me and apologized. Dont book this hotel when you are a traveling tourist. it is a hotel for the homeless

'My active duty 20-year-old son is old enough to die for his country but apparently not old enough to check into this hotel. They wouldn’t even give us a refund. Expedia also was not helpful and refused to give a refund. He didn’t stay in the hotel, but they charged us for the night. The staff was extremely rude. His car broke down and I made the reservation for him. He was coming home to visit me on leave. They wouldn’t let him check in for the night and he was left trying to scramble to find...

'Hotel stay was OK Staff at check-in very nice and good restaurant next door ( in house) Rooms are noisy and we had lots of guests with kids running up down hallways all the time between 2130-2230 But that can happen We were not Abel to use the breakfast offered at hotel A large group of Chinese / Korean were there just before is and the totally emptied the buffet Toaster not working only coffee was available so we took breakfast outside in diner '

'Lovely Hotel, dog friendly, rooms are perfectly clean and the staff here is accommodating and kind. Overall, a wonderful stay. Front desk agent delivered a pain reliever to my room at 5:30 AM when I had a terrible migraine that morning. General manager, Dana followed up later that day. Great staff!'

'My wife and I were coming through Idaho Falls and wanted to try something different. We were not disappointed. Xhale was amazing! The property is small, quaint and perfectly designed. Every detail down to the landscaping was well thought out. Even the music piped throughout the property was delightful. The hot tubs were excellent under the stars. We loved our mini suite.
