'Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners.
We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again.'

'The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. '

'The breakfast was fresh. The staff, Jocelyne, and Felicia in particular were very pleasant but the manager of the hotel. Shah Was so rude. I have worked at the Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal, so I have experienced working in the hospitality industry. We have stayed at this location many times before and the way he handled the request that we had and they didn’t fulfil the request that we were promised, he handled it very poorly.'

'I was surprised how the kitchenette did not match the pictures on expedia. I was also surprised to have to pay a parking fee. We had to clean the pots a lot in order to use them. I thought I would need to buy dishing washing liquid. When I asked if there was any to purchase, I was given one. I did not like condition of the hallways near the elevator and how some of the hallway on the second floor was undone. For what I paid, I was not pleased. The people that work there were nice, except...

'As soon as I walked in the room smelled stale. The bathroom was full of mold and paint was damaged everywhere. The towels were very old and damaged. The sleeping area was not much better. The bed covers smelled old and had a couple of bugs on it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall I will never stay at a Fairfield hotel again.'

'This is by far the best Hilton property we've stayed at. The rooms are very practical - no carpeting (so much cleaner), lots of hooks for hanging up items, lots of table/counter space for various items, and liquid hand soap in the bathroom (I hate having to use a bar of soap to wash my hands). We had plenty of towels, and the heating/cooling system worked well. The lobby area was phenomenal - just really welcoming with a lot of seating, TV's, and a pool table! The breakfast was in the same area...
