'We have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is one of the best over all experiences we ever had. Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Excellent wifi. Breakfast & dinner buffets have a lot of variety & healthy choices. Location is very central to Mobile & Gulf. We felt very much at home!'

'The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. 'The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. 'Personeel is vriendelijk. Het bad was plakkerig van een oude badmat waarvan ze de lijmlaag niet weg krijgen. Kregen direct een andere kamer. De kamers zijn royaal van afmeting. Kunnen wel een gedegen schoonmaakbeurt op de minder voor de hand liggende plaatsen gebruiken. Redelijk comfortabel voor de prijs.'
