'DO NOT STAY HERE.
Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful.

'Ebony at Smokey Joe's cafe was amazing. When we couldn't find our food comp, she walked us to guest services where we met Linda, who was equally amazing. Not only did she find our comp, she tripled it for our "inconvenience." We were not inconvenienced in the least; we enjoyed chatting with Linda.
All in all, a trip that greatly exceeded our expectations based on the service we obtained. We will definitely be back!'

'The front desk person was very pleasant. Parking was great. The room was a great size but in need of a little more attention to cleaning. Surprisingly quiet for a casino hotel which was nice.
Visited the Sportsman Paradise restaurant on site. Food was good, but the staff not very attentive.

'I liked that the hotel was close to the highway.
Not only was our room very dirty, it smelled dirty and disgusting. The carpet was very old, stained and extremely dirty. The dust/dirt on the furniture have been built up for quite sometime. It seemed the room had not been cleaned for months.
