'Door was sticky/hard to open and close, housekeeping did not finish cleaning the room before check in (open soap and a coffee stain were on the bathroom sink), Only a washcloth and hand towel were in the bathroom and the staff member that checked me out was short with me even though I explained that I was okay waiting to check out (I was not thrilled about driving in the weather we had on 10/11/26 and was okay with the wait). The lady checking me on Saturday 10/10/26 was very friendly and...

I told her twice that we JUST saw it and couldn’t predict at midnight that...

'The room smelled bad immediately when we walked in. Both of the white bed comforters were stained. The bathroom was dirty. The property seemed sketchy. I did not feel safe there with my family. We traveled for a wedding. We checked in and changed clothes and left our bags in the hotel room. While at the wedding we made arrangements to stay somewhere else. We went back long enough to get our bags and check out. I told the clerk that we did not like the room. He was nice, but said there was no...
