'Without question the worst hotel where I’m stayed. I asked the desk clerk about an accessible room. There’s only one and it’s not available. I use a walker and I saw stairs and asked if there was a way to get to my room without stairs, he said yes. I asked if there were outside doors to the rooms, he said yes. I walk outside the building and walked trying to mind my room number. No doors on the outside. I used my key in a side door I saw 4 steps down to the rooms. His English was poor. He...

'The air conditioner started making a loud noise while we were trying to stay. My husband had to wake up and being on the pills are as thin as a sheet and they only put three on the bed to begin with for a king size bed so we asked for more pillows and got them. They’re also flat as my husband would need five and I need the bed as hard as a rock is very old. This place is clean. I will give them that very uncomfortable bed which is why we’re there in the first place.'
