'Very clean facility; manager Jose was very responsive and helpful; no in-room fridge but we were allowed space in the kitchen’s large fridge to store a few items; easy walk to bus and train and to restaurants. '
'Second time staying at The Robey. Awesome location, clean rooms and the best staff!! When my shirt got rust on it from the iron in my room, I was immediately compensated and cost of replacement shirt provided. Just a cool, comfortable place to stay. Great music playing in the lobby too. Highly recommend. '
'Beautiful hotel in great walkable area. There were major renovations going on while we were there so our actual floor was a bit messy/busy, although the common areas remained lovely. Would stay again for the good location. All staff very nice. '
'First, the front staff member (Ashley) was extremely welcoming and caring during my stay. She ensured I was checked in and made small conversation. The room itself was beautiful and clean, very accessible and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable. '

Nous avons vu qu’il y avait une piscine mais n’avons pas su si nous pouvions y aller. Nous aurions aimé être informés à ce propos, ainsi que de prévenir à l’avance pour la caution. Le petit déjeuner est complet: omelette, sausage, moyen de se faire des gaufres, yaourt, porridge, cake et choix confitures industriel. Du fromage ou des produits...
'Excellent hotel, my only complaint would be the Peninsula food service.
We ate at the Shanghai Terrace our first night on site and honestly the food was only 2 stars. Specifically the appetizers were minuscule, and 90% pastry dough. Whatever filling was supposed to be inside all the dough largely wasn’t. The whole Peking duck was arranged haphazardly on the plate, the skin was not really crispy, and the taste experience was completely lackluster.

'Parking was a bit confusing, but was able to figure out meter parking on the street. Great walkability to restaurants, lounges, and theatre in the area. Did not interact with any staff as we arrived after "front desk hours."'

"Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Rooms were spacious and apart from some noise from the streets pretty good isolation. Breakfast was spot on. Large choice of eggs, bagels, sausage, pancakes etc. Staff at the breakfast area very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is located in a buzzing area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Only negative I have to mention is that the first 3 days rooms were not cleaned automatically and we did not receive new/fresh towels. We had to go to front desk and ask for this. For the rest would definitely recommend this hotel."
