Uitstekend berijkbaar
Prettig, vriendelijk personeel, nette kamer, praktisch en voldoende. Goede prijs. Alleen veel verkeers lawaai door ligging naast de snelweg, maar daardoor wel makkelijk berijkbaar. Voor mijn doel voldeed het hotel prima. Eenvoudig, goed en betaalbaar.

Worth checking into
One of the better hotels in Houston comparing to same class and nightly rates. Every thing works, fairly clean, has ironing board missing the iron. Nice check in experiencw, amd most importantly, they didn't punish me for using the external booking system, like others do (give me a room w missing tv, blown fuses/oitlets to the tv, lights, etc....

Reserved room. Checkin was slow but got situated went to room and there was a man already in there!! Then went back to the front had 2 people in front of mw waited over an hour it was horrible.

Not a bad value, but renew at the front desk!!
I had initially booked my stay Friday-Sunday via Hotels.com. I found myself needing an extra day, so I booked an extra day via the Hotels.com app for the best rate. I went to the front desk to advise them of the change and I was charged $20 to remain in the room after 11 am, even though I had already paid for an additional day. The alternative was to check out at 11 am and check back in at 3 pm. If I had extended my stay at the front desk for a higher rate, I could've avoided the $20 fee. Other than that pricey inconvenience, the stay was okay. The room was clean and comfortable.

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry you were not aware about our 3rd Party Reservations Policy even though we are very transparent about it and even have a sign explaining the procedure at the front desk so that our guest can see it at check in time.

The bathroom door has a punch hole in it and a person who’s not handicapped was parked in the spot so I was unable to even tho I’m handicapped.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will make sure to get that hole fixed. I did check your reservation and noticed that you did not have an Accessible room, therefore there would be no Accessible parking. However, I have observed that there has been an influx in people parking where they shouldn't and we will get this taken care of as well. Just remember, if you need an Accessible room, please make sure you are requesting one. And if someone is parked in that parking space, we will definitely have them to move. No pool
Cheap hotel, stay here often. Not the safest area or safe outside but haven’t had many problem here, stays pretty quiet. Pool use to be nice but now it’s concreted in with cement.

I didn't find this property to be very useful when it came to company procedures for handling guests at all. I was left stranded all Saturday night since my ID got stolen from me and ended up walking the streets until a friend came and picked me up at 4:40am.
