'Contacted Vrbo on 5/9/23 to get check-in instructions on how to get in the house once we got there on 5/12/23. They sent me an email but the app on how to "Access your rental" never would open. I contacted Vrbo several times to let them know. As of one hour before we left on our trip I still didn't have an email telling me how to get in the house. Once I left my house I couldn't get in my email. Made several calls to Vrbo on my way to the house. Never could get in touch with the Property Manager...

'Last minute message on day of arrival that there was an “issue” with the home we reserved due to something with the current guest. The offered an alternative home and because of the short notice we decided to take it. The alternate home seemed like it was not quite rent ready.cheap furniture, overgrown weeds , and barely equipped kitchen.if this was a vacation trip it would’ve been even more disappointing. '

'Visiting my daughter in Apopka. Had a great stay. Pool and hot tub had no issues. Plenty of accessories like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. They do have a 5 person threshold where more than that will be extra. '

'The house and location of the house was amazing. We woke up to bird sounds, would sit on the deck with our morning coffee and listen to the many sounds of nature while watching the gators. It was a perfect central location to farmers markets, fine dining, grocery stores, and had a wonderful small town feel. The house was clean and was well equipped with anything we could possibly need. 'The property is beautiful with the large oaks and waterfront views, etc. Very private and relaxing. Close to Mt. Dora for dining or shopping. We will likely stay again.One drawback, we did have 4 adults and the second room is through to primary and the one bath is only accessible through the primary. So, they had to come in our room during the night to use the restroom. Otherwise it was perfect.'

'The Estate is a wonderful old-style home creatively separated into rental units. The kitchen was stocked beyond my expectations, and I appreciated the property itself. Benches, swings and a gazebo under large shade trees were lovely, and there’s a large parking area in the back. I literally didn’t drive for the 3 days I stayed since I was able to walk everywhere. I will mention that the bathroom in Bamboo is not private, so I advise staying there only with someone you’re very comfortable with....
