'The onsen is a great plus and the amenities is perfect. Everything you need, they provided! Part of the onsen was just for women. So nice. The staff didn’t spoke fluent English, but it was good enough to communicate. It was close to the subway. With 2 little kids that’s a great plus! If we go back we would consider this hotel again!'

'Our family of 5 (young children) loved our stay. It provided a nice clean space with great amenities. The staff were amazing and helpful with everything we asked. Best part is the location. It is so close to the popular Dotombori and Shinsaibashi area but not too close where it is noisy. It is the perfect walking distance to train station to get to other areas in Osaka. Very close to supermarket is Kuromon, food markets, restaurant and convenient stall just downstairs. '

'I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were also a nice bonus, and the location made it easy to get around. It was close to Dotonbori so it was loud at night. There were a few small areas that could be improved, but overall, the experience was really good. I would definitely consider staying here...

'Hotel ligt op een top locatie in de wijk Namba, in de buurt van het beroemde Dotonbori. We hadden een hoekkamer geboekt zodat we meer daglicht hadden op onze kamer. Het gehele interieur is nogal donker van kleur. Hoekkamer met een wasmachine op de kamer is zeker een aanrader. We hebben heerlijk geslapen goede matrassen met 2 verschillende kussens heel ideaal. Het ontbijt zat bij ons inbegrepen maar was niet bijzonder dat vind ik persoonlijk. In de buurt genoeg tenten. Er is op de 2e verdieping...

'My favourite hotel so clean friendly and the premium rooms are top tier if you don’t want a o stay in the busy city but want to be close this is the one 3 stations in walking distance diver city a 15 minute walk aqua city and decks a 20 minute walk and ac auto bacs a 20 min walk it’s perfect! I’ll not say any where else when I come to Japan! 7eleven across the street loads of restaurants and Lawson in the hotel and a family mart 2 minutes away it’s the best location. '
