Personeel was niet heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wasdroger zat vol met inkt. Moesten maar down town gaan om je wasgoed te drogen. Optie. Personeel maakt droger schoon. Die optie bestond niet. Zeer onvriendelijk. '

'Bed bugs! My sister took a nap while we went to the pool and woke up with bites and hives all over her body! My husband went to inspect the bed and found traces of bedbugs. Hotel claimed room was clean and wouldn’t do anything. '
