Leuk hotel in de stad
Ik had een normale kamer geboekt voor 1 persoon. Kreeg een gratis upgrade bij binnenkomst. Ontbijt zat erbij. Fruit, koffie en thee stonden klaar. Rest kon je laten maken. Mocht zelf meerdere keren bestellen als 1 ontbijt niet genoeg was. Kamer was netjes bed comfortabel en werd dagelijks schoon gehouden. Badkamer wat gedateerd. Wel schoon. Personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vlakbij zit cafe Nook waar ik een paar keer erg lekker heb gegeten dus ook dat is een aanrader. Erg goede prijs en kwaliteit zou hier graag nog eens verblijven.

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamer. Badkamer wat gedateerd, maar goed functionerend. Lekker ontbijt en je kunt er ook goed avondeten.

Great staff members, very helpful, they recommended many good places to visit at eat at. We had to leave early in the morning before the breakfast started and they packed us a breakfast to go which was excellent and not expected at all.

Nice little budget hotel centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, near the Perfume river and walking street..lots of eateries, clothing and footwear stores. Rooms are spacious and clean, mattresses very comfy. A/C is quiet and efficient, large rooms with fridge and flatscreen cable TV. Only drawback is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage ask for a room on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for short stays.👍👍

The reason why the hotel does not have an elevator is because it is a rented property, and the landlord wishes to preserve its historic architecture. The landlord believes that adding an elevator would compromise the integrity of the building's original design. Although this means guests will need to use the stairs, the hotel aims to provide a genuine experience that immerses visitors in the charm and authenticity of the past. We loved the front office staff, but you get what you pay for and it isn’t a bargain. My wife, as she daily reminds me, had her favorite night shirt stolen out of our room. The sink empties into an open drain. We did sleep well.

Like family
Ive have never left a review for a hotel before, but i had to after the incredible experience i had here. On the second day there was a flash flood in the city, and we were essentially stuck in the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, in addition to breakfast they brought lunch,dinner and snacks and when i asked after the cost they simply said "at times like this we are family". In order to leave the hotel, staff members waded through flood waters to flag down boats so we could leave the area and catch the taxi they had arranged for us. Thank you for make the best of unbelievable situation!

Fin lille hotel til pengene.
Lille hotel i Hué af ældre dato. Men det fungerede fint. Fin beliggenhed. Personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Ankom efter en lang togtur og var blevet godt og grundig køresyg. De var hurtige til at spotte det og hjalp det de kunne og gjorde værelset klar med det samme uden ekstra betaling. Dette til trods for at vi kom flere timer tidligere end check in. Virkelig god service.

Property is very basic and falling apart in some areas however the hotel is clean and the rooms are nice with a lovely sea view as is on the sea front. Staff were helpful and breakfast provided (pancakes etc.) set us up for the day.

The property is clean and nice. The staffs are very polite and friendly. However, they only help you to bring your luggage up when you arrive but they did not help you to bring your luggage down using stair (property has no elevator). Also, you have to leave your room key with the receptionist every time you go out (this is the first time a hotel has this policy and make us uncomfortable for our belonging)

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in decent condition but it's not modern, or immaculate if that's what you're looking for. It's dated, clean, and friendly. I'd stay again. Also, I was on a motorcycle and they offered to store it indoors overnight. Very nice.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen und in der Nähe gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service ist wirklich absolut top!

Great little hotel
Very friendly staff that takes care of you right from the start. Small cozy room, very comfortable. Nicely situated.
