Hotel is brand new, located in the middle of a new build area, new construction going on in the direct area of the hotel, NO nuisance during my stay!! 'I was in room 103 and the room itself was okay but you could hear everything in the hotel reception and restaurant from.1st thing to latecat night. I also found that most of the plug sockets didn't work because somebody had tripped the fuses but I was left to fix that on my own. Generally okay and may have been better in a different room but i wouldnt go back, sorry.'
