'Service en vriendelijkheid van staf zijn TOP!! Ontbijt is ook goed, zowel Aziatische als continentale keuzes. Ligging tov van vliegveld is goed. Gratis airport transfer bij aankomst en vertrek. Nadelen zijn de schone maar kleine kamers (9m2) en het al maandenlange lawaai naast en tegenover het hotel als gevolg van de activiteiten mbt de presidentsverkiezingen in september. Deze gaan soms tot middernacht door en beginnen soms weer om 6:30 in de ochtend. Jammer'

'We had a wonderful time @Whaleshark beach hotel. We felt very welcome and safe. Good location right in a middle of the village, close to the beach and shops. Strong wifi, good restaurant and possibility to book a tour. Special thanks to the friendly staff! '

'Wat een verrassing, dit hotel. Kleinschalig, maar brandschone, comfortabele kamers. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar prima en voldoende. Loopafstand naar het strand ongeveer 10 minuten. Snorkelspullen en strandhanddoeken gratis te gebruiken. Medewerkers supervriendelijk en steeds bereid om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Vooraf via WhatsApp contact gehad en afspraken gemaakt. Snelle reactie. Zelden zo naar mijn zin gehad in een hotel!'

'Great staff , they are a sincere bunch of guys , always ready to help out. The property could use a little maintenance however it is kept clean and tidy. A sweet one star and I would recommend this place and would have no problems returning. '

'Perfect location few minutes from the public ferry terminal as well as from the beach. Clean and decent enough room with working AC and hot water. Ceiling fan was a bit loud but due to having AC it was not needed. The hotel provides two bottles of water a day which was nice. Wifi good in general although some short cut-offs might occur. 'I was there only for one night due to the travel on wards to the Islands. Hotel is brand new, located in the middle of a new build area, new construction going on in the direct area of the hotel, NO nuisance during my stay!! Breakfast is good, Menu is simple but also good to take you dinner in house. Be prepared for an extra service charge of 10% and 12% tax on top of all you order. Staff is very helpful.
