Dit huis met 4 slaapkamers is gelegen in een kleine, privé, veilige gemeenschap genaamd Villa Palmira. Dit gebied is bekend bij veel toeristen vanwege het feit dat het deel uitmaakt van het natuurreservaat Humacao. Humacao is een klein, toeristisch kustplaatsje gelegen aan de oostkant van het eiland (45 minuten rijden van de luchthaven van San Juan) met gemakkelijke toegang tot vele watersportactiviteiten en op slechts 25 minuten rijden van het Fajardo-gebied, waar de veerboten liggen naar de prachtige eilanden Culebra en Vieques, deze twee kleine eilanden die deel uitmaken van Puerto Rico zijn geclassificeerd als een van de 20 mooiste stranden van de wereld, zijn gelegen. Villa Palmira heeft ook een eigen strand op loopafstand van deze accommodatie. Deze eigenschap heeft 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers (een van de slaapkamers is apart, bij het zwembad, voor groepen die liever al hun privacy hebben. Het is volledig uitgerust voor een geweldige vakantie en de beste referentie die ik een van mijn toekomstige huurders kan geven, is een van mijn andere eigenschappen die ik al vele jaren huur in dezelfde gemeenschap die toevallig een van de best beoordeelde vakantie-accommodaties is in de omgeving, voel je vrij om langs te komen en de beoordelingen klaar te maken (eigendom # 159136). De locatie van deze accommodatie biedt alle soorten restaurants, bars, watersporten, winkelcentra, voedselmarkten en nog veel meer dingen op slechts een paar minuten rijden. De sleutel tot elk bedrijf is de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening die u uw huurders biedt en dat is mijn specialiteit. Dus kom op, ik nodig u uit om een ​​ontspannen, budgetvriendelijke vakantie door te brengen in een veilig en comfortabel huis.

The house was clean, air conditioners worked great! The kids loved the pool and we walked to the nearby beach to explore but decided not to swim due to the waves and we had smaller kiddos with us. Well stocked kitchen tools/plates/itensils.

We had 6 adults and one tween, and stayed for a week. We had plenty of space for all of us to hang out as a family or to chill in our own rooms. I enjoyed walking down to the beach each morning for the breath taking views and a relaxing swim. We enjoyed the pool, the pool table, and grilling out. We had no complaints, and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This property is perfect for a trip to Puerto Rico. The pool and pool table kept everyone entertained for hours. Very quiet gated neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. This house comfortably fit our entire family of 8. Highly recommended.

Cute little property with a great pool! The property manager was great and was always quick to respond to my questions. The only thing I wish they had was a stove or a little convention oven. Also, the water went out on the last day so we could not shower or go to the restroom but we understand things like that happen. I would definitely come back here again!

The owner is very nice and accessible, and was very responsive when we needed anything or had questions. The place itself is nice enough, and the pool is great - clean, a good size, and lovely sitting spaces around it. The villa it's a part of is a mixed bag , and the location is mixed - a terrific nature reserve very close by, but otherwise not much around. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Our stay started off a little disjointed when I realized the day-of that I had not been given any check-in information! I tried to contact the host via message and telephone number provided but received no responses for several hours. The host apologized when she eventually called us from a different (Florida) number as the person who answered the number given on this site (Puerto Rican number) did not speak English and didn't think to connect us to the person who could. After the stress of figuring out how to get into the gated community and the house, things went smoothly. The one main concern, however, about the host was the initial dismissiveness of our concerns when we raised them that evening. First, the living room A/C was "clunking" quite loudly where you could not have the A/C on at any level and maintain a conversation in the house, and second, the pool water was cloudy and appeared to be in need of being cleaned. Our host said that "all the A/Cs are loud" and told us to turn it down if it was too loud for us, and told us that the pool was just cleaned the day before. After fiddling with the A/C ourselves the first night and again the following morning, it seemed that the A/C is loud after a period of non-use because it worked fine for the remainder of the trip. If you stay here, give it several hours if it's loud and hopefully you'll have the same luck. As for the pool, algae started growing on the sides/bottom a day or two later. I sent an actual picture to our host and she had someone come out that day. Not major issues over the course of the trip, but it was a bit disappointing to never have a "clear" pool because the general cloudiness and greenness remained since it wasn't handled right away. We had hoped the ocean would have been without seaweed during our stay but didn't have luck. Folks had commented in other reviews that this was a possibility so we came hoping for the best but knowing that this was a risk. Our stay would have been incredible if the beach/ocean was useable for swimming and sunbathing, but it was still a nice place to walk. There are other beautiful beaches within a half hour drive which do not have the same amount of seaweed. Restaurants and locals were extremely thankful that tourism is starting to pick up. I would definitely recommend a visit to PR, and except for our miscommunication/difficulties the first day this was a nice place to stay particularly for a larger group.

The house looked just like the pictures. It was fully furnished and was very comfortable for the 11 of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to Walmart, the high way, and restaurants. Norma was awesome and responded to any concerns we had. When the owner of the property had to be contacted, he responded and took immediate action to accommodate us. We would definitely stay at this property again. Very affordable and worth every penny we spent. Having our own private pool was great!The kids definitely enjoyed it everyday. Highly recommended! Thank you to Norma & Jose. :)

La casa está en buenas condiciones. Muy buena piscina. Los “add-on” que ofrecen son buenos. La playa no es buena para bañarse pero para tomar un baño de sol, está bien. Tienes cerca el Malecón de Naguabo y la reserva para hacer kayak. La pasamos muy bien. Gracias a la host por su amabilidad.

Our family vacation in this home was awesome. Loved the house. Although we didn't spend much time in the house because we were off exploring the island but the evenings we were there were amazing & relaxing. The kids & teenagers loved the pool & pool table. The beach was filled with seaweed but we all manged past the seaweed to swim in the ocean. House is located so close to ferry terminal in Ceiba so that was a plus for us. Would love to stay again.

This house was amazing it had everything u could want a pool a BBQ grill pool table . I recommend u rent a car because u r at least 1 hour away from San Juan and u will need to get to the Super Walmart for groceries . The beach is right outside your door but because of the hurricane u really can’t go in the water . We recommend Luquillo Beach just a half hour drive place is gorgeous. Humacao is beautiful I can only imagine how it was before Maria struck. But if u r looking for peace and quiet it’s perfect. The house manager Norma was the best she was always on call and got back to u right away. Highly recommend . Will def. be back. Thanks again so much for your hospitality .

I highly recommend this house. The neighborhood is amazing. the people are wonderful. the view is spectacular. This house is everything you need for a vacation, it’s spotless...it’s full...it’s cozy . It’s a dream. Norma is the sweetest lady. Was very helpful with anything that we needed. Greeted us with smiles as soon as we arrived . The rainforest and waterfalls are definitely worth the short drive. We spent many nights relaxing by the pool and enjoying the barbecue. We made way more memories than I ever could have expected. We will definitely be back to visit Norma and her beautiful home. There were 10 of us, one baby and 7 teenagers. None of us had any complaints. The kids had the best time . Thank you Norma for everything we loved it.
