'This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. Very nice for our purposes, but may not be for everyone. Easy access to the water for kayaking and swimming. The water is quite calm and shallow...

'Property is in a sketchy area. This is not a home. It is a 2 level deck with two bedrooms on the upper level. The kitchen and living room are outside. The only place to escape the heat is in the small bedrooms that only have a bed and two nightstands attached to the wall of which one was falling off. The outdoor areas were also spacious and in great condition. Finally, the owner is amazingly responsive and helpful. It was...

'Great place for our group! Tracye was always very responsive to any questions we had before/during our stay. Great location and accommodations for our large multi-family group for a week.'

'This property and host are top tier !!! Red carpet worthy and most importantly a hidden gem in this community. I even extended my stay here since my family and I were so impressed and comfortable here! I look forward to booking again on my next trip to this majestic island!!!!!!'

'The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches.'
