'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'There was no shampoo and I thought I read that there would be. No biggie. The bed was super comfortable. Location was good.'

'The unit was very clean! Almost as if it had never been used. We cooked a lot because of being at the park so late and there was about anything you could need. I really cannot say anything bad about this place. It was cozy and seems as if it will only become better with time. It appeared a firepit was being added while we were there. The covered porch adds a nice addition to the unit! They have outdone themselves. Even went above and beyond for us and picked up a steamer that my daughter forgot...

'The property was exactly as advertised there wasn't any surprises. The Park food and entertainment was very close. The staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was the WiFi was unreliable.'
