'This is a beautiful property in a great location right on the town square. There's many easy to walk to shops and dining opportunities here. The listed amenities were accurate within the unit. The kitchen is so well layed out and appointed that it was a shame not to have a reason to use it! The bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. Being directly above a bar/restaurant, we expected some noise during business hours. However we didn't expect the strong fryer smell in the primary bedroom....

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and beautiful apartment, right in the heart of Winchester. It’s walkable to several restaurants and a great ice cream shop. Check-in and communication were smooth. '

'The home was small, but nice with an enjoyable property. Unfortunately, the A/C unit wasn’t super strong. It worked the last night we were there when the weather was in the 70s, but it could not keep up with anything in the 80s or higher. Just beware of that if you are visiting during the warmer months.'

'This is a one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. It’s very convenient to downtown Winchester. It’s a separate building behind the main house you see off N High St. It was exactly what my husband and I needed when we were in town for a wedding. '

'This property was well located for our business trip. The picture of the property shown on the listing is a somewhat deceptive, the actual entrance to the rental can't be seen. The inside was clean and supplied for our visit. Wash cloths, hand towels and toilet paper were in short supply for our 4 day visit. Outside the grounds were somewhat cluttered and the picnic table had a broken seat. A leaking toilet valve and loose kitchen faucet will need attention.'

'We had an amazing time! It was a surprise location for my husband. Joe, our host, was so great to contribute to the "gotcha" moment. It's such a unique set up...definitely one of a kind! We also found plenty to do in the area - a tour of the Jack Daniels distillery, wine tasting, great food and a hike to a gorgeous waterfall. Make sure to try the first floor ice cream parlor during your stay! Loved it!!'
