'We came down to see family. This was perfect for us. Everything was beautiful. The host went above and beyond with everything. I would absolutely recommend this place. We can’t wait to come back. I think we’ve found our favorite place to stay in Fayetteville '

'It was a nice place, with alot of potential. Very nice location. The bed was clean, but the floors were not swept or mopped. There was trash left in the bathroom and a dirty towel. Kitchen was sprayed with a cleaner but not wiped. Some of the outside seating was unsafe especially the (high) chair up on the 2nd floor deck. The stairs, some of the boards were loose and all were very slippery when they were wet. Suggest anti slip for stairs. We still enjoyed our stay. Thank you and God bless.'

'This property was well located for our business trip. The picture of the property shown on the listing is a somewhat deceptive, the actual entrance to the rental can't be seen. The inside was clean and supplied for our visit. Wash cloths, hand towels and toilet paper were in short supply for our 4 day visit. Outside the grounds were somewhat cluttered and the picnic table had a broken seat. A leaking toilet valve and loose kitchen faucet will need attention.'
