'Wish they offered Breakfast but over all it was a decent place and I like how they gave you a key to your room vs a card key. The place was quiet and clean and prime spot close to everything. In the long running it could use some updating but it was nice, comfortable and quiet which is prefect for traveling and getting some sleep while traveling'

'The room was dirty, the carpet was nasty, there were roaches. The ceiling in the bathroom was messed up. The shower curtain looked dirty. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be non smoking. It also smelled of animal something! There was a a strong smell of gas outside. The guy next door said he had reported the smell once before. The manager was nice but I’m sorry the place was gross. Inspect your room before you commit to staying in this filthy place. 'Room was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again if I am in this town again.'

'We haved stayed here multiple times and will continue to stay here when are in Berryville. We like the motel-style of the rooms opening to the outside, the view overlooking the golf course is great, the room is clean, and the staff is very accommodating to our schedule and needs.'

Sometimes that’s exactly what makes a place special! The rooms have everything you need, including a coffee maker with supplies, mini fridge, and microwave. They also offer a light breakfast in the office every morning, which was a wonderful convenience before heading out to explore. The location is...

'Staff was very friend. The rooms were clean one room had been updated the other had not been yet. Conveniently located. I believe the owner’s are new and looks like they’re upgrading the rooms. We was overall happy with our stay'
