'Our experience was great beginning to end. The communication from booking until with left was prompt and helpful. The check-in procedure was simple. The unit was clean, had everything you could want, Kitchen was nicely appointed with everything for cooking, even some basic spices, Plenty of dishes and pots, pans, glasses etc... The beds were comfortable and had nice sheets. There were some board games which was nice for the rainy times. The unit is very well located in the middle of the resort....

'Un appartement sur 2 étages très confortable et chaleureux vue plongeante sur le lac encore mieux qu'un cottage quand il fait froid et qu'il neige. Un très beau domaine à explorer à pied. "Actually the hotel offers everything we wanted, we enjoyed a good sleep, bath and breakfast, it was clean and the staf is super. But: the look and feel of the hotel is outdated even while the decoration and some furniture is new. The lobby has older seats and wooden tables and does not look as nice as it looks on the foto´s. There is lots of brown and beige, and also dark curtains and carpet. Put in new curtains, laminated floor, lots of white and it will be much nicer"
