'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

Our room was nice, maybe a little more dated than advertised on the website, but serviceable. The employees were extremely helpful, fast, and accommodating when it came to issues. The toaster oven in our unit was not working properly; they had a new one for us within 10 minutes. I would stay here again.'

'I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like...

'The facility is dated and tired. When trying to add Bonvoy number to my reservation over the phone with the front desk, I was on hold for an extended time and finally gave up and hung up. Not worth the cost. On a good note, sheets were soft and great pillows.'

'The property as a whole was very nice. The staff was fantastic except the beach chair people. Those people are very aggressive. If your condo doesn’t include the resort fee, they charge you for the chairs. If you leave the chairs for longer than an hour they sell them to someone one else and you lose the chairs.
