'Ontvangst was vriendelijk, personeel gaf ook uitleg over openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden in de stad. Mooie kamer, alleen in de badkamer lagen haren op de grond. Ontbijt was eenvoudig en kaas/vlees werd niet aangevuld. '

'My daughter, her friend and I had a great stay at Maison Montplaisir. It’s on a quiet street, around the corner from a bus line that is only a short ride to the metro. The accommodations are not fancy, but it is very quiet, has everything you need and and the beds are really comfy. The host is an absolute gem! He is so warm and inviting, it made the stay extra special. We will definitely be returning. '

'This was my first stay at a boutique hotel and overall it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, the self check-in was smooth, and the location on Rue St-Denis is excellent; close to many restaurants and just steps from the Berri-UQAM metro station. There’s also a convenient snack bar on the second floor. The only downside was that warm water was lacking in the shower, especially noticeable in winter. Overall, it was excellent value for the price and I would recommend it.'
