'This has been on my bucket list for years and it did not disappoint. We had last visited Quebec while on a cruise 3 years ago and our waiter at Sam’s recommended we visit at Christmas time and so glad we did. The property looked so festive and truly kicked off our holiday season. The service-from the bellman who first greeted us to the room service waiter to front desk made us feel welcome and gave impeccable service. We look forward to our next visit to this lovely property and beautiful city. '

'The location was fantastic, and a very nice view from the rooftop terrace. Very friendly and helpful desk staff. The breakfast is excellent; the woman attending the breakfast was very encouraging to try things and make sure you knew all the available offerings. The room was absolutely spotless.'
