'I like this accomadation because off the good quality/price . Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. They can work on closet space because there isn’t any!! On arival no water in the room. You have to pick every day your water up from the front desk! 'Very nice and tidy accomodation, the staff is very friendly and there's English speaking staff aswell. They helped us very well with any questions we had. Also very convenient location, it's close to Nipponbashi and Shinsekai and there's two metro stations within an 8 minute walk from the hotel. There's also a supermarket across the street and many restaurants nearby.'

'My family and I enjoyed our staying in this place. My room had enough space for three and the 5 suitcases. The staff is very nice and helpfully. The buffet breakfast is good and the cost is reasonable. I love the location, it's close to the metro station, restaurants, stores and many more. If I return to Osaka, I would stay at this hotel again.'
