Twee minuten lopen naar het strand en restaurants

Op slechts een steenworp afstand van het water en meer dan 10 restaurants, kunt u genieten van ons appartement met 4 slaapkamers / 3 badkamers in Imperial Beach, een 'slaperige stad' en een van de best bewaarde geheimen van San Diego. 8 personen comfortabel + slaapbank. Ideaal voor familie-uitjes of een groep vrienden om te ontspannen, tot rust te komen en lange wandelingen op het strand. Tarieven zijn gebaseerd op 8 gasten; voeg $ 10 toe. 00 per nacht, per extra gast (extra kosten voor de negende en tiende persoon)

4 BR / 3 Baden comfortabel passen 8 in premium matrassen en beddengoed, plus een bank en een op een slaaper Ottomaanse. We hebben onlangs begin juni 2019 een airconditioner geïnstalleerd. Master BR in begane grond heeft cal kingsize bed, uitzicht op de oceaan balkon, TV / geluid bar, ventilator, spiegel kast deuren. Boven Master BR heeft een Calping bed, een bureau, een tv. Ocean view kamer heeft een queen bed, en de derde kamer heeft een twin bed met onderschuifbed eronder. Keuken voorzien van alle apparatuur en keukengerei, vaatwasser, grote koelkast. Eetkamer teller + aanrecht bar in de keuken. Gas-BBQ op de voorzijde balkon. Appartement is zeer licht en luchtig.

Unit is op de tweede en derde verdieping van het gebouw. Er is geen lift. De derde verdieping heeft de grootste slaapkamer. Voordeur ingang vanaf de straat en de achteringang door de garagedeur hebben trap naar de begane grond.
Gasten hebben toegang tot het hele appartement en garage. De berging op de derde verdieping is off limits.
Keuken: grote koelkast met ijsmachine en water afzien, gasfornuis, magnetron, vaatwasser. Potten, pannen, bestek, glaswerk opgenomen. Gas-BBQ voorzien op het balkon.

Parkeren: Een auto garage voor compacte auto (hoewel ik had een gast park een Range Rover), een extra ruimte op de oprit. Parkeren op straat is ook beschikbaar. Wasmachine en droger gelegen in de garage.

Ik ben blij met de gasten vragen voorafgaand aan hun verblijf en, indien mogelijk, zal ze begroeten als ze aankomen. Ik woon in de buurt en ben beschikbaar voor vragen en / of problemen.

Fabulous location and host. Felipe was easy to contact and available. The property was spacious, many of available accommodations to include snacks and k-cups. Great location by the beach!

The house was beautiful and very clean. I love that right outside the door is the beach that we were able to walk to the pier from. The house was so cute and very spacious. It has everything we could ever want during our stay. Felipe was very responsive to our requests and took care of us during our stay.

An impressively equipped home which includes everything that you could possibly want during your stay. The host responded rapidly to messages and was concerned that we had everything we needed. He was helpful in allowing a slightly later check out as well as leaving thorough instructions about how to operate the appliances etc. The house is well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. It is in an ideal position on the seafront in IB and includes a garage. Thoroughly recommend.

We were very pleased with the condo, it was exactly as it was described with great resources and can only be described as fully complete for your stay. The neighborhood and surroundings offer choices of bars and restaurants to suit. The whole of our experience was top notch, from the owner working with us on shipping some products over early for a meeting we were attending to the content and quality of the condo. Great experience and would use again.

Amazing stay in Imperial Beach

My sister and I took our 3 teenage children to Imperial Beach. This was our VRBO rental What a great experience!! The whole process of renting a VRBO was so easy. Felipe was great! He was very responsive. He gave us advise on where to and where not to eat, grocery stores nearby and even gave us brochures on a college we were touring. The house had everything we could have needed. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, large kitchen and a fabulous location. You could see and hear the ocean from the house. It is just a walk outside the door and you’re on a pathway that leads right to the beach. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are gorgeous. A few things we enjoyed about Imperial Beach: The beach and pier. Mike Hess’s Biergarden- great tacos, good beer. Coronado Brewing company- good food and beer, great happy hour. Sea 180- Great food, View, and happy hour. Luigi’s pizza-Great pizza and you can order by the slice. All of these places are within a few blocks from the house. We walked everywhere. We felt very comfortable and safe where we stayed. Past reviews mentioned the bar across the street being noisy. We had no problems with this. We were very fortunate to have found this property. Felipe was super helpful and willing to go the extra mile!!

A great getaway for the family!

We were extremely happy with our VRBO! The owner was communicative and helpful. The home was clean and well stocked. We were provided with a baby pack-n-play and a high chair. There were beach toys, beach chairs, basketballs (for the court nearby) and boogie boards provided in the garage. The location of the unit was ideal...just steps away from the beach. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We hope to return again!

Fantastic Stay at Imperial Beach Condo

From the initial decision to book this condo until the time we checked out we could not have been more pleased. The condo was immaculately clean and tidy. The floor plan is extremely efficient. The kitchen and living area are spacious and well designed with plenty of paper towels, plates, glasses, dish soap, etc. All the beds were comfortable. The washer / dryer in the garage are huge and the location is beautiful. There is a wide diversity of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We loved going to Katies Cafe which is only about 20 steps away from the front door. Great breakfast and bruch food, smoothies, etc. with plenty of room inside and out to sit and relax. Very cozy, beachy place with friendly staff. Three of us never felt cramped with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Lots of towels, washcloths and handsoap. The garage can fit a medium sized vehicle and there is another space just outside the garage that can also be used. The street parking is not too congested so there are usually extra spaces there too. The balconies were great. We really enjoyed hanging out on them, especially the one just off the living room overlooking the main street. You can see / hear the beach and watch all the action down below. The beach is only a few steps away with a pier you can walk down only about 1/4 mile down the beach. There is a small takeout seafood / bar at the end of the pier. We saw many people fishing off the pier the night we walked it. Please note that there is a pub / bar across the street on the north side of the condo. At night it can be a little noisy with some of their guests. It really didn't bother me but one of our roommates said he was woken up a couple of times by some louder than usual voices at 12-1AM. I asked him if he would stay here again and he said..."Absolutely", so it really depends on how sensitive you are to late night, occasional, boisterous voices. Fortunately, they are not above, below or directly adjacent to you because they are across a wide, quiet street and down 1 level. I consider this a small issue, considering all the other positive aspects to this property. Do yourself a favor and give this one a try. You'll love it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Bliss as the Beach

We had 8 wonderful nights in this townhome. Right at the beach and plenty to do around the little town to keep you happy. The townhome is well taken care of and includes extras such as paper products, shampoo and conditioner, spices, extra blankets and towels. We did not want for anything. The Farmer's Market on Friday afternoon was delightful. We even drove to the outlets at the border. Largest outlet mall I've ever seen. Easy drive to Coronado, San Diego Balboa Park, SeaWorld, Safari Park. Thank You Felipe for your calls and texts to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Hope to return here!!!

Wonderful location, quiet, fun home

We rented location for lodging for our company retreat. We felt bad we couldn't have spent more time actually at the home. The home owner was so great and very helpful. My wife and I look forward to returning with our family soon so we can relax and take full advantage of this great place. The only thing that I would just make sure a renter was aware of was the stairs. Everything is on the second and third floors. This wasnt a problem at all for our group but if you had an elderly person or someone with certian disabilities, it would be a challenge. All in all we are VERY happy with our stay.

Incredible location, great condo, fantastic neighborhood!

Imperial Beech was not at the top of our list when we started looking, but what a great secret this location is - close to Coronado Island, but also with easy access into the city. The beech was amazing, clean, and quiet, while the neighborhood was an absolute treasure of inexpensive and good food. The people were warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was laid back and easy. Our host was attentive and cordial, and worked to resolve our concerns.

Spacious condo, perfectly situated

This is one of the nicest condos we have ever rented: Very clean, thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a week in IB. It has two balconies, which are in fact much larger than they appear on the Internet. Felipe was easy to communicate with and offered a free early check-in and late check-out. If we ever come back with as many people (we were seven), we will definitely book this condo again. The only downside were a few noisy visitors of the bar on the other side of the street, which doesn't close until 2 a.m.
