It’s also charming, somewhat quirky, clean, comfortable, has very nice room amenities and internet access, a friendly attentive staff, a nice bar and restaurant, a lovely pool, is waterfront and has a great front porch with rockers. What’s not to like? We’ll definitely be making return visits. '

'The restaurant on property and pool bar was closed during our stay. The shower had a little mold. The faucet was broken, and the door in the bathroom gets stock. The outside is cute but a little run down. '

A really nice guy.The house is in a picture card location on a beautiful creek, yet within a 5 minute scenic walk into the village, or to the waterfront town. Will certainly be back.'

'Very quiet, perfect for my short getaway, so peaceful! My second floor room was tucked away and LOVED the large cushy reading chair and ottoman. A/C super quiet! Bed was very comfortable (the pillows were like baby belugas so if you prefer a flatter pillow bring one?). Enjoyed the pool once the weather cooperated, nice and secluded.
Suzanne (house manager) is so nice and very accommodating. I’d love to make a return visit! '

'Exactly as described. Not super high end but very clean and had all the functionality I needed. Wi-Fi was good, bed was comfortable, area is quiet, staff was lovely, room was big and spotless. And I got upgraded to a suite, which had a large and nice sitting area. '

The beach access was a huge plus, as well as on site restaurants. They don’t charge for parking (as some hotels nearby are starting to do) and the location is central to Greenport Village and the wineries. We went for an anniversary trip and stayed in the motel section but would definitely come back with the kids and try out the bungalows!...
