'Perfect for our needs. Nice big open kitchen living room area was great for our family. We were an older group that can’t get together that often and this was really a common area that was good for all of us to connect. Peaceful morning overlooking the river enjoying our coffee. Would definitely rent again. Host answered all questions in a timely manner.'

'Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by...

'a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A'

'The property was exactly as posted. The host was great, super helpful and responsive. The pool was awesome for the kids. It was private and a wonderful stay in Sag Harbor. The town was cute and close. We would definitely stay again ! Thanks so much!'

'It was amazing!! A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you '

'This property was amazing and our kids and grandkids loved it. The house was incredibly spacious with room to spare. Well appointed and I can't think of a convenience we didn't have available to us. The icing on this yummy cake was our host; Jay. He could not have been more responsive and helpful. He also recommended a boat rental that was the highlight of our trip.
