'The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!'

'This cottage really does feel right out of fairytale and the surrounding gardens are exquisitely manicured with beautiful statues and inviting chaise lounges, you can’t help but to relax. The homeowners are super friendly and kind and have thought of every detail in the cottage, including Q-tips and cotton balls, make up washcloths, a selection of coffees and teas. 'Fantastic family getaway to visit our son for parents weekend who is attending USMMA. I was a little concerned about the distance from the academy but well worth it such an amazing property! So many activities right at the home, beautiful on the water, comfortable beds and pillows cooked a fantastic family meal location was great!'

'This was the perfect long weekend getaway. The location is unbeatable. Downtown was just a five minute drive and the beach was just a few steps from our house. Communication with our host was excellent and the house was very clean and exactly as described. We took advantage of the charcoal grill every night.
