WE HAD TO RUNDOWN HELP TO GET THEM UNLOCKED. THATLADY WAS VERY HELPFUL. NUMEROUS SINK DRAINS WERE NOT ADJUSTED OR CALIBARTED FOR DRAIINAGE. ONE TV DID NOT WORK. FRONT MASTER BEDROOM FLOOR RUG, STICKS UP ABOUT AN INCH WHERE TAPE HAS LOOSEN, IT BECOMES A PERFECT TOE KICKER AND TRIPPER. A CLASSIC LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN. GUESS WHAT I AM...

'The host was very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. Great location close to Silver Dollar City and Shepherd of the Hills. The sauna and hot tub were a great treat at the end of a long day at Silver Dollar City. Kids loved the bunk room. '
