'I had the impression that this was a new home, in great condition. Unfortunately, this home has had some rough treatment. The paint downstairs is marred as well as the staircase. It is a very stark environment with minimal decorating and no colors at all. It is difficult to understand why you would say that the home has four bedrooms with 3 double and 1 king size bed and then not have enough seating in the living room or around the kitchen table. 'Everything about the property was fantastic. Everything was nice and clean. Host also allowed us to bring our dog and The dog toys that were provided there at the house for our dog to play with was very nice. The only complaint is the house was kind of hot when we first checked in. But after the AC kicked on for a few hours, it got better. The bedroom does not have a whole lot of airflow so it stayed kind of warm in there but thank you for providing the fan. That came in good use. everything...

'The property is filthy, decades overdue for a rehab. There are city remediation orders taped to the front door. Carpet in the room was filthy. I and others were cutting our stays short. Expedia should not be presenting this property.'
