'Staff were exceptionally kind & understanding and offered easy solutions to booking amendments, Mr Saga at the front desk is clearly from the old school of hotels and was professional, charming and accommodating. Beds are super comfy and the room was spacious, clean and has excellent air conditioning. Excellent location with public transport only a few steps away. '

'I stayed here once before and in my memory I was pretty happy back then. The room that I had now was not in a good condition, dirty walls that needed painting and also the furniture was dirty and have a lot of stains. Also housekeeping could do a better job as it was far from spotless. Breakfast looked nice but not much healthy options. They do offer laundry service, but it is crazy expensive (more expensive than most five star hotels). Based on this stay, I will not return!'

'It was my first time staying here and I was incredibly surprised. Have never stayed in this part of the city before and it was a fantastic location close to the park, the Westfield and public transport. Room was tidy and kitchen was great to be able to cook own food. Will stay here again when I come back to Sydney '
