'Excellent stay here with great breakfast. Service was amazing, location fantastic.
Just one downside: bathroom was very small, could not stand with two people in it. Otherwise easy to recommend!'
'De kamers van hotel OZO azijn mega ruim. Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op Kandy Lake. Het ontbijt is echt geweldig! Veel keus. Er zit een sportschool in het hotel waar je veel verschillende apparaten hebt. Het dakterras mét zwembad is ook een uitkomst als je aan de drukte wilt ontsnappen. Kortom: een mega goed hotel!'

'Super mooii nieuw hotel en personeel erg behulpzaam Midden in de stad maar nergens last van. Min punt is dat wij 4 hoog de trappen op moesten. Gelukkig hielp de personeel met sjouwen. Zijn nog bezig om hele nieuwe keuken te bouwen. Ws komt er ook een lift.

'Yes, the view is great, but only two rooms of this hotel have it.
We got stuck in a room at the back (worst one is the one next to the main entrance and lobby) with a view of the staff path to the laundry room (ie no privacy) and without sunlight. The room was small and stuffy.
The Hotel looks to be central on the map, but there is a long uphill road before you get to the hotel.
Our Bathroom had the usual amenities, but clearly the hotel refills the bottles rather than supplying fresh...

Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. 'Fantastic service from the staff. Great room with million dollar views. Most comfortable bed I have slept in Sri Lanka. Beautiful rooftop with great infinity pool overlooking Kandy lake. Very walkable location - to the city in minutes! The only negative is that the hotel could not handle the volume of guests at breakfast. Many dishes were empty and kept empty for ages. The hoppers we ordered took 2 hours to come! This was the day after the Randoli Perahera so is assume they were not equipped...
