'The price is good and it is convenient to the Rose garden and the famous bookstore. But the parking was tight and the room was not very clean. It was not very easy for me to locate.'

'The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. 'Sheets had stains on them, pillows had weird lumps and were all different. One of the people who was traveling with us who was the only one who slept under the sheets got bit up by bed bugs. I will never stay at this place again. The soda machine was broken and had a sign on it that said “No work”. If you are planning on staying here because of cost take your chances somewhere else. 'The first room had a broken AC and after negotiating to finally get another comparable room the shower was broken in that one. The sheets and towels were stained and questionably clean and there were other tenements that made guests feel unsafe and who smoked despite the property being smoke free.'

'Arrived late, no one at front desk had to knock on door, lady sent her husband out he asked why I was there I obviously told him I had a reservation, after lady spoke to manager on the phone, he then walked me to my room which was hostel style and how disgusting that room was, cigarettes and tobacco littered the table, very trashy room, horrid smell. As it was 1:30am I had no choice but to stay. Soon as I woke up at 7am I left the property. I’m a solo traveler so I had the flexibility I guess...

'Very easy to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were also very cozy and well-stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. The restaurant next door was a bit loud at peak time of the evening, but that quieted down by the time we wanted to sleep and from then on it was nice and quiet. No complaints, will be coming back here again! Oh, and parking can be difficult to find in the middle of the day, but it really wasn’t THAT had to find a parking spot, just had...
