We were too tired to get up for breakfast, so didn't get a chance to test that out and the theater wasn't showing a movie that interested us, but the beds were comfortable, the water nice and hot, tv had lots of channels and the showers are easy to get into. 'I really enjoyed my stay at the Kennedy School. It was fun learning the history of the school and walking around enjoying the artwork and unique design. They had a very friendly culture and I especially enjoyed the soaking pool. It is an old building, so does not feature more modern amenities like a mini fridge, tv in rooms, or super updated bathrooms, but the culture and variety of other options like the bars and restaurants more than make up for it. 'We enjoyed our stay. We were close to freeway connections which was important because we were there for a family reunion. The breakfast food was really good! There was a large selection of fruit, yogurt, breads, etc. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. '

It's in old town Portland, know what the area is like before you book, if you're fragile and faint at the sight of a homeless person or panic about needing to find street parking, you have plenty of other options in Portland, but as a person who can handle the mild inconveniences of being in a city, this was a great stay. I did not know this was an ADA room so the bathroom especially was very strangely laid out. The bed was fantastic and the room size was great, but we seemed to be right over the dumpster area so at 4:30am when the dumpsters were rolling in and out we were wide awake!
Other than that rude awakening everything else was super nice!
